Mega Man Zero 3 is the third game in the Zero series and have a few more additions than its predecessors. In this game you can choose between Body Chips to give Zero new abilities, including the three elements-chips, which he can be of great use later in the game.
All these needed when learning the game also contains lots of Secret Discs containing information. Besides this, there are new weapons, new EX Skills, and a whole bunch of new Cyber-Elves to find.

Story:
It's been two months since Zero defeated Elpizo in Neo Arcadia headquarters. Unfortunately, the battle resulted in the X real body was destroyed and the Dark Elf managed to escape, something that Zero could not stop thinking about, when for some inexplicable reason mentioned Zeros name before it disappeared. Since then, Ciel completed his research for a new energy source, while Zero lead a new group of soldiers against Neo Arcadia to once and for all bring peace in the world.
When they are in the resistance base, they suddenly into reports that a huge spaceship has crashed in the large snowfields. What is interesting is that for some reason secrete an energy similar to the Dark Elf's energy. Without hesitation go Zero, Ciel and a small group of soldiers there to investigate.
Once there, says Zero that he will make a reconnaissance mission on the spot. He goes by, and possibly succeed in getting to the ship's entrance. Omega is busy fighting Leviathan and Fefnir, which not even the combined strength defeat the monster. Zero interrupts the battle, whereupon the two goes by, so that Zero must deal with Omega on their own. He succeeds, however, defeat the monster, then Harpuia appear to self-annihilate it. They will be punctuated by Dr. Weil and his new partner, a resurgent X Copy, which Harpuia quickly kneels on.
Zero Copy X informs that while he looks after Dark Elf, and therefore proposes a contest between the two, who will find Dark Elf first win. But he also declares that the Zero because he is the true X, so he will not lose this time. Zero realizes that he must do everything in his power to find the Dark Elf before the resurrected X-copy, do it, otherwise it could have unforeseen consequences...
