In the year 20XXAD
The world cheered Mega Man when at long last he captured and imprisoned Dr Wily.
But...
Dr Wily always knew his schemes might end in failure and had planned for just such an occasion.
Four robots had been hidden away and after six months without being contacted by Dr Wily, they activate and...
Begin searching for their master...

Story:
In Mega Man's previous quest, he finally captured the notorious Dr. Wily and imprisoned him in the highest security prison of the city. Peace began to return to the troubled land, and with Wily safely behind bars, it seemed the threat had finally ended. Of course, Dr. Wily thought that someday he might be captured, and had planned for this day. Hidden away in a secret laboratory were four advanced Robot Masters, created just for this occasion. After some time of Dr. Wily's absence, they activate and come out of hiding to retrieve their master. Storming the prison, the four robots easily rescue Wily and escape with him. Once again, Dr. Wily brings forth his robot army, bent on destroying the city. Mega Man, ever ready for action, heads out with his K9 pal Rush, determined to bring down the new Robot Masters and recapture Wily, although this time a mysterious new robot specially created to rival Mega Man will test his strength to the very core.

Mega Man VII (SNES) Front Cover
Mega Man:
Mega Man is Dr. Light's greatest creation. A robot designed to think, feel and make its own decisions, Mega Man is more like a human than a robot. He protects humans and robots from evil, and he is well-known for defending the world against the mad scientist Dr. Wily. After recently capturing Dr. Wily and finally seeing him put behind bars, Mega Man truly believed that Dr. Wily's trouble-making days were over. Unfortunately, Dr. Wily had four robots as a back-up plan set up to break him out of prison. His plan succeeded, and once again Mega Man must pursue Dr. Wily to shatter his world-dominating plans.

Rush:
Rush is Mega Man's trusted best friend. Rush is a robot dog also created by Dr Light specifically to aid Mega Man in his travels. His many special abilities make him and Mega Man the perfect team. Rush can help Mega Man out several times during the game with his special capabilities, but you'll have to either buy the special Rush abilities from Auto's shop, or find them hidden within the eight stages of the game before you can use them.

Dr Light:
Dr. Light is the genius creator of Mega Man and Rush. He is like a father to Mega Man and is always ready to help him out if need be. Dr. Light can assist Mega Man with the new powerups he will find during his journey, and will provide information on Dr. Wily's next move. Dr. Light has dedicated his life to science and only creates new robots for peace and usefulness for the human race.

Protoman:
Protoman is a different model of similar design to Mega Man also created by Dr. Light. He will often meet up with Mega Man during the game and offer some advice which is very useful. He often believes that he is the better model to Mega Man, and is willing to prove this in battle against him, as he has done during Mega Man's previous adventures.

Auto:
Auto is Dr. Light's mechanic robot who can sell you items for the price of a certain amount of bolts. The items he sells are very useful in the game so it's worth having a look at what he has to offer. He can't offer you all the possible items for sale when you first visit his shop, he'll be needing you're help before he can offer the more advanced items.

Roll:
Roll is Mega Man's robot companion, or "sister", and was created by Dr. Light to assist him in everyday household jobs. After Mega Man became the fighting robot his is now, Roll began to take on new jobs, including assisting Dr. Light in his everyday tasks, as well as assisting with his heavier duties, especially when Dr. Wily is loose.

Bass & Treble:
Bass and Treble are the mysterious robot rivals of Mega Man and Rush, who seem to be also after Dr. Wily. Bass is always envious of Mega Man and will battle him several times during the game to try and prove his superiority over Mega Man. Bass has an unknown past but Mega Man believes he may have some connection with Dr. Wily...

Dr. Wily:
Dr Wily is the mad scientist bent on taking over the world. He has tried many times, but Mega Man has managed to stop him in all his attempts. This time he has escaped from the city prison with the help of his new robots and is wrecking havoc on the city. He thinks this time he'll be able to beat Mega Man, but after six defeats, his overconfidence will be his downfall.
Burst Man:
Guide:
Burst Man will float up into the screen encased in a bubble and will then attack. He will start by shooting bubbles with bombs inside of them at you. If they hit Mega Man, he'll become encased in them and he will begin to float up the screen towards the spikes. Shoot the edges of the bubble to break it. Burst Man will fire out three bubbles with bombs in them. He will then shoot out three empty bubbles which will carry Mega Man up to the spikes if they hit him. Burst Man will also strike the ground and cause bubbles to float up out of the ground in an attempt to catch Mega Man and slam him into the spikes. To defeat Burst Man, shoot him with either the Freeze Cracker or the Scorch Wheel. When he is hit, he will fire out four bombs which will explode soon after released. Shoot him again when he stops flashing. If you don't have these two weapons yet just use the Mega Buster.
Weakness: Scorch Wheel.
Weapon Received: Danger Wrap.

Cloud Man:
Guide:
Cloud Man will appear when the platform behind you falls away, blocking off the door. He will float down out of the sky and attack. He will start by floating to the top of the screen and will shoot down a large electrical bolt at Mega Man, which will shoot out electric bolts along the ground when it strikes the ground. He will then float down the screen and cause rain to appear. A strong wind will blow Mega Man either towards Cloud Man or off the ledge. Cloud Man will then float across the screen and strike Mega Man. To defeat Cloud Man, use the Danger Wrap. When you hit him, he will become encased inside of the bubble and the bomb will detonate, causing him to fall down. When he rises, shoot him again. Keep doing this until he explodes.
Weakness: Danger Wrap.
Weapon Received: Thunder Bolt.

Junk Man:
Guide:
Junk Man will come up out of ground and attack. His first attack will be by jumping up and slamming into the ground. If Mega Man is on the ground, he'll become stuck and won't be able to move. Junk pieces will fall from the ceiling and strike you. Junk Man will then attract pieces of junk into a large ball and he will throw it at you. The ball will be electrified and will stay in the room until he jumps up and slams down on it. Junk Man will then shoot pieces of junk around Mega Man which will freeze him. He will then jump from one side of the screen to the other and throw pieces of junk down on Mega Man. To defeat him, use the Thunder Bolt. When you hit him, he will be electrocuted and will immediately jump across the screen and throw down a piece of junk metal. Slide under him when he jumps and hit him again.
Weakness: Thunder Bolt.
Weapon Received: Junk Shield.

Freeze Man:
Guide:
When you find Freeze Man, he will be encased in ice, but will break out of it to battle you. When the battle begins, he will run towards you to try and slam into Mega Man. He will jump up to the top of the screen and throw down an ice block that will hit the ground and cause ice to freeze the ground. If you are on the ground when the ice passes, it will freeze Mega Man's feet and you won't be able to move until Freeze Man hits you. He will also throw an ice block to the roof which will cause ice spears to fall from the roof. He will also often shoot out an ice block straight at Mega Man which will freeze you if it hits you. To defeat him, use either the Scorch Wheel or the Junk Shield, but if you don't have them yet, use the charged Mega Buster and keep shooting him as he runs across the screen.
Weakness: Junk Shield.
Weapon Received: Freeze Cracker.

Clown Robot:
Guide:
You'll fight this boss in the museum stage after you've defeated the first four bosses. The Clown Robot will appear after you see Dr. Wily leave the museum with the old Guts Man robot. The Clown will jump around the screen and attempt to land on Mega Man. To defeat him, shoot the head with the Thunder Bolt and it will fly off the body and bounce around the screen. Dodge the head until it stops and keep shooting it with the Thunder Bolt. The body will continue bouncing around and when it lands on top of the head it will pick it up again and re-attach it. Shoot the head off again and keep firing at it.
Weakness: Thunder Bolt.

Slash Man:
Guide:
Slash Man will have two weaknesses. During the battle, he will often jump around the screen and slash at you, and he will occasionally jump off the walls and up out of the screen. If he does this, he will then drop down small bombs that will explode when they hit the ground and leave a red liquid which will stop Mega Man from moving if he touches one. If the bomb lands on you, a large red shell will cover Mega Man and you won't be able to jump or fire until Slash Man hits you. Slash Man will then come down flashing red, and will then lunge at Mega Man. Dodge him by sliding or jumping out of the way. To defeat him, shoot him with either the Freeze Cracker to freeze him or the Scorch Wheel. Each time you hit him he will jump up the screen so be ready to move when the bombs begin dropping.
Weakness: Freeze Cracker.
Weapon Received: Slash Claw.

Spring Man:
Guide:
Spring Man will bounce down into the room and attack. He will be constantly jumping to try and land on Mega Man. He will jump into the middle of the screen and then jump up to the top of the screen. He will spin around and shoot down one of his arms at Mega Man. Dodge it by sliding away. He will do this a second time. He will then drop down and fire out two springs that will bounce around the screen. Do not ever shoot him with the Thunder Bolt, as he will become magnetized and will draw you towards him and then throw you up to the roof. To defeat him, hit him with the Slash Claw and he will take heavy damage. Keep hitting him and dodge his attacks.
Weakness: Slash Claw.
Weapon Received: Wild Coil.

Shade Man:
Guide:
Shade Man will float down from the top of the screen and attack. He will fly to the top of the screen and float around for a few seconds. When he stops moving, he will swoop down and try to catch Mega Man. If he does, he will grab him and suck his energy away, refilling his own. Dodge him by sliding away from him. He will also sometimes float down to the ground and fire out two blue energy waves which will freeze Mega Man if they hit you. He will then fire green sound waves at you. To defeat him, shoot him with either the Wild Coil when he is low on the screen or use the homing Rocket Buster weapon with the Shield Adapt powerup. Shoot him when he swoops down but make sure that you are clear from him.
Weakness: Wild Coil/Rocket Buster.
Weapon Received: Noise Crush.

Turbo Man:
Guide:
Turbo Man can be difficult if you don't have the right weapon. His first attack will be a flame wheel which he will fire at Mega Man. If it hits you, you will take heavy damage and won't be able to move for a few seconds. Dodge it by sliding under the flames or jumping over them. Turbo Man will then suck air in and draw you towards him to hit Mega Man. Slide away from him to escape the air. He will then turn into a car-shaped vehicle and will race towards you. Jump over him as he drives forward. To defeat him, shoot him with the Noise Crush. He will become the car and race forward after each hit, so use this time to shoot at the wall to bounce the wave back to Mega Man to make the blast stronger.
Weakness: Noise Crush.
Weapon Received: Scorch Wheel.

Bass:
Guide:
During the first level of Dr Wily's fort you will come across Bass. He will taunt Mega Man and then attack. He will just jump around the screen firing his weapon and sometimes use a charged shot. To defeat him, use the Shield Adapt and fire the Rocket Buster at him, if you have the Rocket Buster Upgrade, it will home in on him and cause heavy damage making Bass much easier to defeat.
Weakness: Rocket Buster.

Rock Crusher Robot (Guts Man):
Guide:
The Rock Crusher Robot will have several attacks. His first will be to jump up and then slam into the ground. The roof will lower down a little, and then a huge rock boulder will fall to the ground. He will then charge at it and throw it into Mega Man. He will also occasionally charge at Mega Man and throw him up to the roof. He may also charge at you to try and slam Mega Man into the wall. To defeat him, hit him in the face with the Slash Claw. When the large boulder falls down, hit it into him before he can and it will cause damage. Keep hitting him in the face before he can attack and the battle should be over fairly quickly.
Weakness: Slash Claw.

Bass & Treble:
Guide:
The second time you fight Bass he will be much harder. He will taunt Mega Man again and then call Treble. They will combine and become a stronger form. Bass' attacks include normal energy shots from his blaster and often charged shots. He will fly around the screen often. If he flies towards Mega Man and circles around him, Bass will then fly up to a corner and begin to flash. He will then charge at Mega Man and release a rocket punch which will home in on Mega Man. Try to dodge it by jumping up the platforms as he flies down. To defeat him, use the Shield Adapt and Rocket Buster again. Make sure that you have found all the items before entering Dr Wily's fortress, as here the Rocket Buster Upgrade will be very handy. Keep shooting Bass and dodge his attacks. This will be the last time you have to fight him.
Weakness: Rocket Buster.

Turtle Robot:
Guide:
The Turtle Robot will only have one weak point on its body. It will begin by breathing out flames at Mega Man which will cause heavy damage it they hit you. It will then retract its head, rise up and charge towards Mega Man. Dodge this attack by sliding under the boss as he flies across the screen. He will often leave a part of his body on the ground and fly up out of the screen. Three small turtles will come out of the part on the floor and bounce around the room. Destroy them quickly and the boss will return. To defeat the turtle, use the Wild Coil on its face. Shoot the face when it appears and dodge its attacks, but make sure to destroy all three small turtles that come out of it.
Weakness: Wild Coil.

Japanese Mask Robot:
Guide:
The Japanese Mask Robot will constantly charge towards Mega Man during the battle, so you will always be moving to the right in this battle. It will start by shooting out several missiles from its body which will fly towards Mega Man. It will then charge up a laser beam on its forehead and shoot it out at the floor. Dodge it by sliding forward and staying on the farthest right of the screen. When the beam disappears the robot will charge towards you. Keep sliding to the right to evade him. It will then fire out two large bombs that will explode on the ground. To defeat this boss, use the Slash Claw on its face. You will only be able to hit him a few times as he will be charging all the time and be floating up and down the screen. You can jump on the missiles he fires to reach the face. Do not try to hit him when he charges forward or is shooting the laser beam.
Weakness: Slash Claw.

Dr Wily:
Guide:
When you drop down into the large room, Dr. Wily will appear inside of this large skull-shaped vehicle. He will begin by walking towards in an effort to crush Mega Man under the spikes on the chin of the skull. Dodge the spikes by sliding under them. When he reaches the left of the screen, Dr. Wily will jump up out of the screen and drop down on the left or right of the screen. He will then fire out two smaller skull-vehicles which will charge towards you. They will need a heavy beating, but keep shooting them with the Mega Buster to destroy them. Dr. Wily will also often hop across the screen to try and flatten Mega Man. To defeat him, shoot Dr. Wily inside of the cockpit with the Mega Buster. It will help if you use a charged shot as once you hit him, he will speed up and dash across the screen. Once you destroy him he will attack in his next form.
Weakness: Mega Buster.

Dr Wily Second Form:
Guide:
Dr. Wily's second form is smaller than the first but is extremely difficult to defeat. He will appear in this small ship and then disappear. He will reappear in a different position and fire out four energy balls. The red ones will engulf Mega Man in flames, the blue ones will freeze him and the yellow ones will only cause damage. They will move in three rounds, each one homing in on Mega Man, so it will take some time to be able to dodge them by sliding and jumping out of their path. Dr. Wily will then disappear and then teleport to another position. To defeat him, shoot him when he is in range with the Wild Coil. If you successfully hit him, after shooting out the four energy balls, he will shoot down a bolt of electricity that will charge along the ground. It will take practice to dodge his attacks, but remember to only shoot him if he is low enough on the screen. When you destroy him he will finally admit defeat and you will have finished the game!
Weakness: Wild Coil.

Rush Power-Ups:
The Rush items will harness Rush's abilities and allow him to assist Mega Man in many areas of the game. All of Rush's items are limited except the Super Adapt, which will not run out of energy when you use it.

Rush Coil:
You will begin the game with Rush Coil. This item will allow Mega Man to jump to higher places by jumping on Rush's back and then jumping higher from his jump-coil.

Rush Search:
Rush Search is found in Freeze Man's stage. It is in clear view on top of a high platform, accessible by jumping across other platforms high up in the screen. Rush Search will allow Mega Man to find different items in the ground, including powerup items such as energy and weapon tanks, plus other special items.

Rush Jet:
You will need the Thunder Bolt weapon to find the Rush Jet. In Junk Man's stage, you will find an area with a large platform attached to what looks like a chain in the background. A small control panel will sit on the ground near the platform and is easily seen. Shoot the panel with the Thunder Bolt to make the platform begin moving. Climb up the ladders and you will find the Rush Jet which has now been uncovered from one of the platforms. The Rush Jet will allow Mega Man to ride on Rush's back as he flies across the screen and will keep flying until he hits something. You can control the jet by pushing up or down.

Super Adapt/Rocket Buster:
To find the Super Adapt, you will need to locate the four Rush circuit plates, each with the letters R, U, S and H on them. They are all found in the first four levels of the game.
R - This plate is found in Burst Man's stage. It is easy to find, as you will see it while proceeding through the area where the water rises and falls above the spikes.
U - This plate is in Cloud Man's stage. When you come to the area where you can't see the platforms in the sky unless they are near Mega Man, keep going until you find a platform above him. Use the Rush Coil to jump up to it and climb up it. There will be an extra life above on the right and the U plate will be on the left.
S - This is in Junk Man's stage. You will need the Freeze Cracker to find this. When you find the lava waterfall in the level, shoot it with the Freeze Cracker and it will freeze and then crumble. Walk through to find a secret passage and a ladder. Climb down and shoot the next lava waterfall to find the S plate.
H - This one is in Freeze Man's stage. When you find the area where there are two ladders, one going down and the other up, use the Rush Coil to jump up to the upper ladder and climb up it. You will see the plate on a ledge high above, so jump up the platforms or use the Rush Coil to reach it.
The Super Adapt will allow Mega Man and Rush to combine, giving Mega Man the ability to use a rocket boost when in the air to allow him to fly up to some areas, and will also allow him to fire out his fist when using a charged shot. The only disadvantage is that Mega Man can't slide while using the Super Adapt.

Special Items:
Exit Part:
The Exit Part is found in Freeze Man's stage. You will need Rush Search to find this. It is found just outside Freeze Man's room. On the raised platform just before the one with the door to Freeze Man's room, use the Rush Search and if Rush begins to bark, it means he has found something special. He will then dig up the Exit Part. This item can be used from the menu screen and will allow Mega Man to leave a level from any point if he has defeated the level boss.

Energy Equalizer:
The Energy Equalizer is found in Shade Man's stage. You will again need Rush Search to find this. When you have to fight the pumpkin robot near the middle of the level, instead of shooting the core of it when it opens to destroy it, shoot the eyes of the outer shell when it is closed to destroy it. You will notice the eyes will flash when you hit them, indicating that it is taking damage. Keep shooting it until it explodes and it will blow open the right wall. Continue on and when you find a large painting of Dr Wily in the background, use Rush Search under it to find the item. This item will refill the weapon with the lowest energy when you are using the Mega Buster or a special weapon that has full power and find a weapon refill capsule.

Hyper Rocket Buster:
The Hyper Rocket Buster is found in Turbo Man's stage. Again, you will need Rush Search to find it. When you come to the area where there is a long ladder leading up and to the left of it are platforms attached to the wall that look like traffic lights, jump off the ladder from the top and land on the bottom platform. Destroy the enemy there and pick up the energy capsule. Use Rush Search to find the item. The Hyper Rocket Buster will allow a charged shot while using the Super Adapt to home-in on targets and destroy them.

Protoshield:
To find the Protoshield, you will need to find Protoman in two locations. The first one is in Cloud Man's stage. When you come across a ladder leading up that is too high to reach, use the Rush Coil to jump up to it and climb up into a small room where you will meet Protoman. The second location is in Turbo Man's stage near the location of the Rocket Buster Upgrade. At the top of the long ladder but still in the large room with the traffic-light platforms, jump off the ladder and hold right to walk through the wall and meet Protoman again. Then go to Shade Man's stage and destroy the pumpkin robot the normal way by shooting the core. Go down, and then walk to the right wall of the room and you will walk through it and find another room. Continue on and you will meet Protoman, who will then battle you. Beat him to receive the Protoshield. This item can allow Mega Man to be protected from some energy blasts.

Beat:
Beat is found in Slash Man's stage. You will need the Scorch Wheel to find this item. When you reach the area with the large trees with the snakes wrapped around the trunks, go to the farthest one on the right and use the Scorch Wheel on it. The tree will burn and reveal a hidden ladder behind it. Use the Shield Adapt or the Rush Coil to reach the ladder and continue on. You will find a bird trapped in a cage in a small room. Use a charged shot of the Mega Buster to break the bird out. Beat will help Mega Man by rescuing him if he falls down a hole. When Beat comes down and picks Mega Man up, hold left or right to pull him away from the hole. You can only use this item four times.

Mega Buster:
The Mega Buster is Mega Man's primary weapon. You will have this weapon from the start of the game. Apart from the standard yellow energy beam that fires from the gun, if you charge the weapon by holding fire, when Mega Man glows blue, a small burst of energy will fire out which causes more damage to targets. If you charge it for longer, Mega Man will glow green and fire out a larger energy beam which causes the maximum amount of damage to a target that the Mega Buster can inflict.

Danger Wrap:
The Danger Wrap is gained once you defeat Burst Man. This weapon will shoot out a bomb encased in a small bubble which will float out and up into the air and will explode once it hits a target or a wall. This weapon can be used to encase some enemies inside the bubble and be damaged by the blast from the exploding bomb.

Thunder Bolt:
The Thunder Bolt is gained after Cloud Man is defeated. This weapon will fire out a large sphere of electricity which will separate and two sparks will fly up and down if it hits a wall or target. This weapon can be used to electrocute enemies and activate electrical control panels in Junk Man's stage.

Junk Shield:
The Junk Shield is gained after you defeat Junk Man. This powerup is not a projectile weapon, but will create a deflector shield around Mega Man. The floating pieces will protect Mega Man from some attacks from enemies, but it will be destroyed if it takes too many hits. The shield parts floating around Mega Man will damage enemies if they strike them.

Freeze Cracker:
The Freeze Cracker is gained after you defeat Freeze Man. This weapon will fire out an ice block which will explode and fire out smaller blocks of ice if it hits a wall, and can also freeze some enemies and other targets on impact.

Slash Claw:
The Slash Claw is gained once you defeat Slash Man. This weapon will allow Mega Man to slash at enemies close by to slice them apart. The weapon's range is only small, but it can produce a heavy blow to certain enemies who are weak against it.

Wild Coil:
The Wild Coil is gained once Spring Man is defeated. The Wild Coil will fire out two springs which will bounce out from Mega Man, one forward and the other behind Mega Man. If the weapon is charged up, larger springs will bounce out from Mega Man and will bounce higher than normal shots.

Noise Crush:
The Noise Crush is gained after you defeat Shade Man. This weapon will fire out a sound wave which can damage certain enemies. If the sound wave hits a wall it will bounce back in the opposite direction. If it bounces back and hits Mega Man, he will glow green indicating that the weapon is charged up. When you fire the weapon, it will shoot out a larger, more powerful sound wave.

Scorch Wheel:
The Scorch Wheel is gained once you defeat Turbo Man. This weapon will fire out four fireballs which will spin out in a circular fashion and fly forward. Firing while jumping will take some practice, but if the weapon hits a target or enemy it will burn. This weapon can be used to burn certain objects as well as enemies.

Street Fighter Mode:
When you beat the game you get a special password that will take you straight to the final stage of Wily’s fortress with all the items. This makes a nice reward for beating the game, which is why I never posted it; but since so many people keep asking, here it is:

As most people know by now, this password can also be used to access a Street Fighter style bonus mode. This bonus game is very simple, but it is cute and it’s two player.
To access the mode, go to the password screen and enter the password. When you are done, hold the L and R buttons as you hit START. Instead of going to the game, you will enter the bonus mode.

Special Moves:
The mode is only two player; there is no computer opponent. Players can pick from Mega Man or Bass and both can use the same character if they desire (no word on why Proto Man was not included in the lineup, since all of the necessary sprites for his motions were already included in the game). During the match, the players move around the same way Mega Man does in the normal game, except that ala Street Fighter, there are some special moves which are accomplished by pressing certain controller sequences.

-Press up-up for a faint warp with either character. As in the normal Mega Man games, this will grant them temporary invincibility.
-Do a fireball motion (down, down-forward, forward, fire) to have Mega Man do a Slash Claw style slash.
-Do a Dragon Punch motion (forward, down, down-forward, fire) and Bass will do a rising kick.
-Mega Man’s slide is the same as during the normal game except that you have to press down twice in rapid succession; he will damage his opponent if he slides into him.
-When Bass is in the air, press left or right twice to make him air dash (I think that’s what causes it, experiment). I believe you can also pull off this move when he is standing on the ground, by pressing back, then forward twice and fire.
Ending:
Basically, Dr. Wily starts begging for mercy as usual but Mega Man points his arm cannon at him, saying that maybe he should do what he could have done years ago. Dr. Wily, naturally scared out of his wits, starts slowly easing backward. Right about then the ceiling caves in and Wily is trapped under some girders.
Mega Man stands there looking at him for a good while until finally Treble shows up and teleports Wily away. Bass appears shortly thereafter, delivers his famous “He who hesitates is lost” line, and leaves. Mega Man teleports out as well as more pieces of the ceiling fall...
The next scene shows a close-up of Mega Man walking toward the screen. Behind him is the fortress. After a couple of seconds it bursts into flames (the entire thing!) and the rest of the time we see Mega Man walking with the inferno in the background. Occationally the screen flips to show pictures of Robot Masters; strangely enough Mega Man changes expressions between scenes. Half the time he has a blank face, and half the time he looks angry.
Once the credits and all are done with, Mega Man arrives at the giant Eddie. Inside (apparently) wait Dr. Light, Roll, Auto, Beat, Eddie, Rush...etc. The screen freezes and fades to orange, apparently representing an old-fashioned photograph.
